PRISM is a holistic healthcare program from BlaqOut designed for Black gay men and gender-expansive people, ages 18-34, who are receiving or interested in injectable HIV prevention medication (Apretude for PrEP) or HIV treatment (Cabenuva).
Through PRISM, you’ll gain access to:

Visit the clinic every other month for your injection and a check-in with our provider. It's the perfect time to talk about any other health needs, too!
Empowering Health Coaches
Connect with your empowerment coach 3-4 times a month for personalized support as you work toward your health goals.

Earn fun, meaningful incentives just for showing up, taking care of yourself, and reaching your health goals.
Real Talk, Real Connections
Earn incentives every time you join fellow PRISM members in engaging cohort sessions that explore the health impacts of issues faced by Black queer men and trans people.
