Tusday Dudley joined BlaqOut in 2023. She serves as Vice President and Chief Experience Officer, bringing heart, strategy, and intention to every touchpoint that shapes how our community connects with BlaqOut. In this dynamic role, Tusday leads efforts to ensure that every program, initiative, and interaction reflects the organization’s commitment to dignity, equity, and Black queer excellence.

Prior to joining BlaqOut, Tusday built a strong foundation in healthcare, education, and professional development. She previously led training and professional development for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where she was instrumental in shaping inclusive, culturally responsive environments for both patients and staff.

A proud graduate of Spelman College, Tusday holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also earned a Master of Arts in Education from Lesley University and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Her multidisciplinary background makes her uniquely equipped to lead with both empathy and precision.

At BlaqOut, Tusday is reimagining what it means to create truly affirming experiences for Black LGBTQ+ people. Through her leadership, BlaqOut continues to grow as an organization that not only provides critical services, but also fosters joy, belonging, and transformation at every level.
