Shannon Hoskins

Shannon Hoskins joined BlaqOut in 2023. Shannon serves as the Director of Member Care and Clinical Innovation, responsible for overseeing BlaqOut’s programs and services and ensuring that BlaqOut’s members receive the equitable, culturally-relevant care they deserve.
In the healthcare industry for over 15 years, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge to BlaqOut. Previously, she worked as the administrator of Planned Parenthood Great Plains and as Manager of Neurosurgery at Saint Luke’s Hospital.
Shannon earned her Bachelor of Healthcare Management and Master of Healthcare Administration from Avila University. She also holds a graduate certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Avila University.
